I am pretty much done with that shell. I don't think it can be fixed. Well, it probably can be, but with much more effort than it deserves... I guess it's another almost FO banished to the WIP bucket to sit for a few months or so... very disappointing. However, my circular shrug is coming along somewhat well; the 5" of ribbing over 40" almost killed me though... so boring. But now that I'm into the body part, I actually am thinking I have a chance of finishing this sucker.

Also, I'm now designing the sets for a Fringe play... in about four days. Which means I am going to have no time for knitting whatsoever in the next little while, I guess... except for maybe at home and on the bus. Today I have to somehow find enough acrylic paint for under $100, carry ten 8'x4' sheets of chloroplast up three flights of stairs, and get to work... I guess. I will probably leave most of the work for this weekend, seeing as how Scott will be gone playing shows in random towns and so I'll be all by myself... what better time to immerse yourself in stressing work? Heh? Heh?

I'm pretty happy about the sets, though. For quite awhile now I've been feeling really lame... like I haven't really been accomplishing anything great at all. No really great FO's, no paintings at all since June, no more embroidery drawings... I've been coasting through everything without productivity. It's not a good feeling. So I guess now I have a purpose...

In any case, I can't wait for my package from my secret pal to arrive. Speaking of which, perhaps I shall mail something out to my own fairly quickly here...
